‘Signing with Storm at the beginning of the 2021 season, Reimis is preparing for his fourth year in Storm colours.
Reimis Smith showed his versatility and team first attitude in 2023, broadcasting his defensive prowess in the centres and then again on the wing throughout his 22 appearances.
Making the right centre role his own in the first half of the season, he built a strong defensive combination with Will Warbrick, playing an underrated role in aiding the union-convert in his first NRL season.
Playing every game up until Round 21, Smith reached 50 Storm games in Round 18 before then celebrating his 100th NRL game in Round 20 against the Sydney Roosters.
Smith returned on the wing for Storm’s Round 24 clash against the Canberra Raiders. Continuing to play for a further four games, Smith brought his total to five tries, six try assists and 48 tackle breaks over the course of the season.
He is also the son of former rugby league player Tyran Smith.’
