Do you accept refunds and exchanges?
We offer an exchange or refund in the event that you receive a defective/faulty item, or an item that you believe does not match your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the instance of change of mind.
If you believe your item is defective or does not match your order, please contact us at melianae@outlook.com within 14 days, with a photo of the item and reason for potential return/refund for us to assess. Don’t forget to add your order number. Kindly allow 1-2 business days for a response.
